No — turn it on, connect to its WiFi signal or USB, open the viewer, and you’ll see the image in seconds. Most users are comfortable within minutes.

3. Can I save images for progress tracking?
Yes. You can capture photos or video directly from your device, making it ideal for case studies, follow-ups, and client transformation documentation.

4. Can clients see the screen during consultation?
Absolutely, this is one of its biggest advantages. Clients understand treatment plans faster when they can visibly see the issue. Please note, there is no screen included, you would use your own screen via WiFi connection.

Set Up Instructions

WIFI Connection for IOS

1. Scan the QR code in the instructions manual, if this is not working for whatever reason move to step 2.
2. Download the software “Max-see” from Google Play or APP Store.
3. Long press the power button to turn on the microscope.
Connect the wifi “Max-see”(no password) which emits from the microscope.
4. Run the app and it is easy to use. Note:The "+", "-", and "Take Photo" function keys only work in WIFI connection situations. It is not supported to use when connecting to a computer for operation.

WIFI Connection for Anroid

1. Scan the QR code in the instructions manual, if this is not working for whatever reason move to step 2.
2. Download the software “Iskam” from Google Play or APP Store.
3. Long press the power button to turn on the microscope.
Connect the wifi “Max-see”(no password) which emits from the microscope.
4. Run the app and it is easy to use. Note:The "+", "-", and "Take Photo" function keys only work in WIFI connection situations. It is not supported to use when connecting to a computer for operation.

USB Connection for PC

1. For windows7/8, please download an "AMCap" to start using.
2. For windows 10, you can directly plug into the USB port and search CAMERA in WINDOWS to find it and click.
3. For MacBook, please use Macbooks Bundled software Photo Booth or Quicktime Player directly.

Note: You may need to disable the default laptop camera in Windows. And change your privacy settings for the camera, which will need to be set to ‘permit access’.
